- You need to come to the visa center in person to submit your documents and give your fingerprints
- Processing time for a visa application at the Visa Center / Consulate is from 3 weeks, depending on the country you choose (the Visa Center / Consulate keeps your passport during this time). Processing may take longer depending on the workload of the visa center / consulate.
- When submitting documents or booking an appointment at the visa center, the following are paid separately: consular fee of 90 EUR, service fee of 30 to 60 EUR and/or logistics fee of 30 to 45 EUR, depending on the country and visa center you choose. All fees are paid in IDR at the exchange rate on the day of payment
- If this is your first time applying for a visa in Indonesia, the visa is issued for up to 15 days, with an entry window of 1 to 1.5 months

France: the visa center / consulate is in Jakarta, appointments are booked 2 months ahead. Processing time from 3 weeks.

Recent statement from an Indonesian bank showing transactions for the last 3 months
To apply for a visa to Greece, you also need paid-for tickets
Employment letter stating your position, income and the date you started working there
(original, with the bank's stamp) and a balance of at least $7,000 if you plan a trip of 1.5-2 weeks (original, with the bank's stamp). For longer stays, the required balance increases in proportion to the number of days
