A power of attorney is not always required (depending on the plan, the country and the bank you choose). You issue the power of attorney to our employee only to open the account and card without your presence.

Receive your ready card in a sealed envelope. Once the card is opened, no one but you will have access to the account.
Notify the Russian tax service (FNS) of a foreign bank account. You must notify the tax authority at your place of registration when you open an account at a foreign bank. You can do this via the Gosuslugi.ru portal
